We are looking for a Senior Product Manager-Ad Posting to join one of the OLX teams. This role can be based anywhere in India (Remote).
OLX has grown quickly to become a global classifieds brand of over 240 million people. OLX's ads solution is at the intersection of commerce, people and technology and has been designed to enable marketers to achieve upper funnel objectives such as brand awareness and message association.
OLX is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Monetization, to own both 1st and 3rd party monetization efforts for the full suite of OLX ad products. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with technology, business development, sales, and design teams to conceive and implement advertising offerings that provide value to our partners while balancing constantly evolving user experience considerations.
In addition to and aside from the core day-to-day product development work, you will monitor trends and news in the digital media space (specifically as they relate to monetization and advertising), monitor usage and feedback from users, and strive to improve the overall product excellence of OLX ad offerings.
Manage existing 1st and 3rd party advertising and monetization relationships from a product implementation and user experience perspective.
Work with the Ad Sales team to support new business efforts.
Be an expert in the latest advertising and monetization trends across mobile.
Own responsibility for consistent and excellent monetization product offerings on OLX platforms.
Implement new advertising and monetization products on OLX platforms.
Work with designers and developers to implement designs into technology.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven track record of success in product management roles, with a focus on traffic acquisition, user acquisition, or growth in online marketplaces or similar digital platforms.
Experience in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
